Smoketree Orange will no longer be managed by BHE Management Company as of June 30th. The new management company is Powerstone Property Management. The new company will likely be changing all our vendors so those numbers will likely change too. The new company should be your first stop when you have questions about the community. This includes things such as gardening concerns, questions about the pool or lighting issues on the property. When in doubt, start with management.
