How do I rent the clubhouse?
Contact Powerstone Property Management at 855-253-0153 or via their Service Request page and they will supply you with a rental form. Fees and other details can be found on the form.
Has my car been towed?
The law requires that the police be notified in the event a vehicle gets towed so it doesn’t get reported as stolen. Start by calling Orange PD and asking them if it was towed. Patrol Masters, our parking patrol company, has created this page on their site explaining more about HOA tows.
How do I dispose of furniture or other large items?
Please contact Powerstone Management Company to schedule large item pickups. Don’t try to schedule with CR&R directly as they have been known to give fellow residents the runaround.
Is this site officially associated with Smoketree Orange HOA?
No, this site is not officially associated with the Smoketree Orange HOA. It is independently managed by community members.
Does this site collect information?
No, this website does not collect user information. At some point, we may ask for email addresses, but they are only to be used for community outreach and will never be sold nor used for advertising.
